Personal data statement

Uniwise s.r.o. represents an administrator (hereafter only administrator) of Targetty project. The following statement defines the rules for processing, storing and using data, which the administrator collects and stores about his customers or Internet users.

Entire treatment with personal data of customers abides by the law (The personal data protection law) and by other legal regulations valid in the Czech Republic. Uniwise s.r.o. is the administrator and simultaneously processor of the data in accordance with the above-mentioned law.

Personal data gathering

The data which we gather in the connection with person or company and which are exclusively used for providing or delivery of the required service or product and for sending the business proposals, could contain name, surname, title, name of the company or organization, contact email or telephone, work address, information about job position, regional citizenship and potential membership in professional self-government bodies.

The websites run by the administrator could gather certain information about user visits, for instance the name of Internet service provider and IP address which is used by users for signing-in to the Internet, date and time of their access to the given web, visited websites, requests entered during searching, open documents or Internet address from which are the users directly connected to webs. The information are used for improvements of these websites, administration and trend analyses.

Security and access to personal data

We pay attention to personal data protection as much as possible. We help to protect personal data against unathourized access, use or revelation through the use of security technologies and authorized procedures. To us provided data are stored at the protected computer servers, which are located in security institutions and provide only limited access. Only chosen employees securing customer service, distribution or processing analyses for follow-up utilization in business, marketing and service development have the access to the data.

By request of the customer which has to be delivered in written form to the company address, we immediately provide data kept about the customer, the customer can ask for data correction or for stopping of sending potential business announcements.

A part of every business announcement is a direct possibility for stopping of sending potential business announcements.
